Happy Fit was established in 2010. Jason brings 16 years of sports massage and sports therapy experience, alongside his own background in endurance sport and competitive football.
Sport is part of the perspective.
Jason has completed Ironman triathlons, six marathons and numerous endurance races, as well as playing competitive football. That first-hand experience shapes the way he works with sportspeople and active clients.
Rather than presenting treatment as a purely clinical transaction, Happy Fit is built around understanding what the client is trying to get back to, whether that is training, competing, playing sport or simply moving without the same restriction.
His background also includes personal training, swim and run coaching, work with local sports teams, health clubs, swim schools and endurance events. The result is a broad perspective on movement, recovery and performance.
A broader approach

Jason’s work also includes Reiki, coaching and motivational support. That gives Happy Fit a deliberately broader character than a conventional sports massage clinic, while keeping sports therapy at the centre of the website.
The Happyman
There is more to Jason than the treatment room.
Jason’s existing Happy Fit story also reflects his work in comedy and his long-standing interest in helping people feel happier through exercise, therapy and laughter. His stand-up work, branded Happy Laughs, is a separate strand of Jason’s activity rather than a sports therapy service.
Happy Cleans Brighton also appears on the legacy Happy Fit menu. It is a separate business and should be linked externally if retained, rather than presented as part of the therapy clinic.
